I've been wanting to read this book for a long time. The mister bought this version for me on my birthday and I finally have some time to read it and enjoy the fantastic and weird adventures of Pippilotta. Add the Lauren Child illustrations and a glass of pink lemonade and I'm in heaven.
Reading a book is such a luxury for me nowadays. Blogging? Forget about it! But now that Sophia is really getting into her creative projects, I may be able to sneak in a post or two a week. We'll see. It also depends on Rosie too as she has turned out to be quite the diva (we're talking lots of crying).
In other news, I finally took the plunge and bought a new car!
It was way overdue! This baby is so much fun to drive and it's nice to finally let go of the 90's and drive a 2010 ( with some nice souped up features!). And I like the feeling of not having to feel the frights when I get on the expressway. Sophia loves the new car and especially likes the colored lights that rotate and change color by the floor. That's my disco baby!
Slowly but surely, I hope to get back into my own creative endeavors once the kiddie chaos subsides and dealing with a new work schedule. I'm just happy that I actually like my new job!
